Rules to be observed by Health Seekers

“DEAR HEALTH SEEKERS AS YOU ARE COMING HERE FOR REJUVENATION OF BODY, IT WILL BE MORE EFFECTIVE IF YOU ARE FILLED WITH POSITIVITY, SMILE AND CONCENTRATE ON YOUR HEALTH IN THIS DIVINE PLACE OF NATURE. IT IS ALSO EXPECTED THAT YOU SHOULD AVOID USING YOUR MOBILE PHONE DURING YOUR STAY AT YOG GRAM AND ESPECIALLY IN YOGA HALL DURING VARIOUS THERAPATIC TREATMENT. WE ARE HERE TO SUPPORT YOU IN OVERCOMING YOUR PROBLEMS AND IT WILL BE OUR PLEASURE TO ASSIST YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU NEED.”

Complete treatment duration of every health seeker is packed with a specific schedule from day one. There are several rules which every health seeker is expected to adhere.

  1. As soon as health seeker checks in here, their belongings are inspected as this is helpful in the treatment process of individuals.
  2. It is expected from health seekers that they don’t leave premises of Yog Gram without prior intimation.
  3. In order to experience best results of therapies, health seekers are advised to avoid eating food from outside.
  4. Practicing Spiritual silence is also a therapy and one should try to enjoy this therapy while restraining themselves from participating in useless and energy consuming talks and gossips.
  5. Health seekers have to strictly follow the diet cart prepared by physicians and also should ensure proper chewing of food.
  6. Health seekers should take proper care of their surroundings and environment cleanliness.
  7. Use of polybags is prohibited inside the premises.
  8. Flowers and plants are important part of centre which ensures the essence of nature ’s livelihood. Every health seeker is requested not to pluck flowers, leaves etc and also should not tease any bird, animal, insect or reptile.
  9. Avoid spitting anywhere.
  10. Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
  11. Non Veg, Egg, Alcohol, Pan Masala, Tobacco, Gutkha, Narcotics, Smoking and all such intoxications are strictly prohibited in the premises.
  12. Every health seeker has to ensure good decency in their clothes and taking bath inside the lake is prohibited.
  13. Management of Yog Gram reserves all the rights to expel any health seeker for any indiscipline without showing any cause and refund will not be given in this situation.
  14. Below mentioned are some important items needed during various treatment. Health seeker can either arrange them on their own or items are also available locally within the premises.
    1. Warm blazer wraps for chest, stomach and calf muscles etc.
    2. Jal Neti Patra
    3. 1 catheter with size 3 and 3 catheters with size equal to 12.
    4. Two towels of small size and two towels of large size.
    5. Douche for females
    6. Eye wash cup.
